Education program28/04/2017

Binh My Nursing Home is a long-term skilled nursing facility for the elderly located in a green, clean and peaceful area in Binh My - Cu Chi district of Ho Chi Minh City. Our principle is committed to provide the best care services with warmth, kindness and attention to all who enter our doors.

Encouraging empathy and kindness toward others helps build an outgoing attitude of love and concern in young people. It is an important value to enrich the emotional life and inspire the maturity of the soul. Therefore, getting children actively involved in a caregiving program may be the best thing that can happen to teach them to honor the elderly. Binh My Nursing Home’s extracurricular education program has been built to help kids learn how to honor older people, since doing so will establish a lifelong pattern leading to honoring all people

The benefits of the program are that our students will learn how to:

1. Understand, honor and love their elders (parents, grandparents, and the others);

2. Behave and interact with the elders in a respectful, caring and compassionate way;

3. Navigate relationships and emotions in life; practice community-oriented thinking;

4. Communicate effectively with older people;

5. Some other skills in caring for the elderly.
