Binh My Nursing Home did not begin as a business plan. It was born from the lingering pain of a devoted son after the passing of his father. Although the family had the means, they were unable to find caregivers with sufficient professional expertise and a strong sense of responsibility.

That unanswered question led a Polytechnic-trained engineer to take a different path—to do something meaningful so that older adults could live their final years in peace and with less suffering, a life they (and all of us, one day) deserve after a lifetime of tireless contributions to society.

Binh My Nursing Home was established amid numerous challenges as the first private senior care facility in Ho Chi Minh City. There were no standards to follow, no formal training institutions for caregivers, limited equipment, and—most notably—deep-rooted cultural prejudices in many Asian societies, where nursing homes were viewed with caution and skepticism.

Overcoming these difficulties through perseverance and strong teamwork, Binh My gradually built and refined its model step by step. Rejecting short-term solutions, the team undertook continuous study trips to Japan, the United States, Australia, Taiwan, and South Korea to learn and identify the most effective and efficient pathways to bring modern senior care knowledge home—applying it thoughtfully and practically to every resident at Binh My.

Like a diligent bee, Binh My has grown each day. It has earned the trust and appreciation of many families, welcomed numerous international delegations for visits and exchanges, and gained respect for its professional team. Operational processes have been steadily refined, technology has been increasingly integrated into care management, and—most importantly—Binh My has become a true Home of Family Love for many older adults. We do not claim perfection, but we commit to becoming better every day.
